A permanent ledger of every direct change to Paths and Threads
Theseus Path — Diversified / Balanced. Multi-Thread construction using all three Threads: Taurus, Aegis, and Ariadne. Aegis provides the conservative layer that differentiates Theseus from Daedalus.
Daedalus Path — Aggressive Growth. Dual-Thread construction using Taurus and Ariadne only. No Aegis Thread — accepts higher drawdowns in pursuit of concentrated upside.
Damocles Overlay — Volatility overlay applied to both Paths. Goes long mid-term volatility during extreme equity market stress. Operates above the Thread layer — it does not alter Thread allocations or signals, it adds a separate convexity position on top of the existing Thread structure.
Paths are portfolios — complete allocations a subscriber follows. Current Paths: Theseus, Daedalus.
Threads are individual strategies woven into each Path. Current Threads: Aegis (Theseus only), Ariadne (shared), Taurus (shared). Each Path contains 2–3 Threads at specified allocation weights.
Overlays are conditional, regime-triggered layers above the Thread structure. Current Overlay: Damocles. Overlays apply to Paths as a whole, not individual Threads.
Entry ID — Sequential identifier (PL-001, PL-002…). Never reused or deleted.
Effective Date — Date the change takes effect in live signals. ISO 8601 (YYYY-MM-DD).
Published Date — Date the entry was made public. May precede effective date for advance notice.
Version — Major bump (v2.0, v3.0) for structural changes. Minor bump for everything else.
Path — Theseus Path, Daedalus Path, or All Paths.
Thread / Overlay — Which component is affected. Threads: Aegis, Ariadne, Taurus. Overlays: Damocles.
Category — Thread Composition, Overlay, Asset Universe, Risk Parameters, or Operational.
Materiality — Material for changes altering risk/return profile. Notable for everything else.
Summary — One-sentence factual description.
State — From / To — Prior and new configuration, as specific as possible.
Rationale — Why the change was made. 2–4 sentences referencing data or conditions.
Subscriber Notice — How and when subscribers were notified.
A change to a shared Thread within one Path does not imply the same change in the other Path unless explicitly stated.
“All Paths” affects both Theseus and Daedalus — used for operational changes, universal risk parameters, or Damocles Overlay modifications.
Aegis entries are always scoped to Theseus Path unless otherwise noted. Damocles Overlay entries are scoped to All Paths by default.
Overlays and Threads are independent layers — a Damocles change does not imply any Thread modification, and vice versa.
